Ruff Life Pet Outfitters will issue a refund of purchase within 30 days after purchase date if accompanied by original sales receipt. All returned items must have the original tags and be in sell-able condition. A return within 30 days without the original receipt can be exchanged or be given an in-store credit. The in-store credit would be for the amount of the product you are returning and would be able to be used on anything within the store. After 30 days all sales are final. All sale merchandise is final sale.
